Set among the pines on the banks of the Big Deschutes River, The Beaver Cabin is a spacious riverfront home bordering National Forest land. With a private hot tub, a garage game room, kayaks, and several outdoor living spaces, it's an easy Central Oregon basecamp for families, couples, and groups.

🏡 The Space

Rustic lodge style with modern comforts. Large windows bring in river and forest views, and multiple living areas give everyone room to spread out. Gas fireplace for easy, cozy evenings (no wood needed). A/C and central heat.

• Upstairs King Suite – King bed; spa-style ensuite with steam shower and tub

• Downstairs Guest Room – Queen bed + 2 Twin beds

Every bedroom has its own Roku Smart TV.

Fully stocked kitchen with stainless appliances, coffee grinder, waffle iron, crock pot, and everything for home-cooked meals. The rustic wood table seats 8+.

🔥 Fire Pit & Firewood

Firewood is not provided; it's sold locally. Outdoor fires are regulated by the La Pine Rural Fire Protection District and seasonal bans are common. Please call the district's burn line before every fire — status can change daily.



🎣 Fishing & River Access

The home sits directly on the Big Deschutes with easy river access from the backyard. Fly and spin fishing depending on season. Fall River (world-class fly fishing) and Fall River Falls are a short drive. An Oregon fishing license is required — available online or in Sunriver and Bend.



🐾 Dog-Friendly

Well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval and a pet fee. There is a small fenced side area near the kayaks; the front and back yards are not fenced.

• Sunriver Village (golf, dining, shopping): ~10 minutes

• Mt. Bachelor: ~25 minutes

• Cascade Lakes (Cultus, Wickiup, Elk, Lava, Crane Prairie, Crescent and more): under an hour

• Bend: about 30–35 minutes



🔐 Guest Access

The whole home is yours: decks, hot tub, fire pit, garage game room, kayaks, and trails. Keyless entry at the front door. Your personalized door code arrives by email/text about 24 hours before check-in.



📷 Security

One exterior security camera is mounted at the driveway, facing the street. There are no cameras inside the home.

Quiet neighborhood south of Sunriver with a long paved driveway for year-round access. Nearest convenience store ~10 minutes; Sunriver IGA ~10–15 minutes. Arriving via Bend? Grocery shop there for the best selection.
