Inside, the home is modern and bright with natural wood floors, plenty of natural light, new interior paint, and new light fixtures and bedding to create a nice, homey feel. Settle into one of the super-comfortable couches in the living room and adjust to the leisurely pace of Sunriver. There is a 60' cable TV for watching your favorite DVDs, and a gas fireplace to make you feel cozy during the winter and on cool summer nights. The fully stocked kitchen is open to the living room, so you'll be able to cook and socialize at the same time. Three stools at the counter allow for closer company. A picnic-style wooden dining table will fit eight so that everyone can enjoy a meal together. And for the little ones, a Pack and Play Playpen is available for use. What's nearby: Just a five-minute walk to SHARC (eight passes are provided) and the Village at Sunriver, you'll have easy access to the best amenities at the resort. Sunriver is a favorite destination in Central Oregon, and for good reason - you can kayak, canoe, or float down the Deschutes River. Go horseback riding at the stables two miles away, or play golf on tthe many public golf courses in Sunriver! The Nature Center and Observatory, just over a mile away, is home to majestic birds of prey, and you can view the stars through giant telescopes on certain nights. The mattress in one of the rooms (non-master queen) dipped in the middle making it not as comfortable. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful family reunion with the rental of 4 homes, Muscrat 5, Coyote 11, Otter 11 (?) and Lynx 8\. All of the homes were great with the exception of the spas in each of the houses (don't know about the spa in Coyote as I don't believe that it was used). The spa in Muscrat 5 had some sort of leak, twince and needed repair which required the spa to need refilling which of course lead to cold water having to heat up; we were unable to use the spa at least 3 night due to this; the spa in Otter 11 wasn't installed until the last day of the visit and the spa at Lynx 8 had a continuous leak. This is a beautiful home that has been well cared for. Kitchen is nicely supplied. It’s location is within a short walk to both The Village at Sun River and the SHARC aquatic center. Aug 7, 2022 #### Best house we've stayed in We've been vacationing in Sunriver for years and my family all agree that this is the best house we've stayed in. Very comfortable for our family of 4\. AC worked great since temps were in the 90's. We were so pleased to save money on bike rentals since there were many to choose from and all in great shape. Kitchen had everything. Nice big tvs in living and main bedroom. Hot tub and big deck were amazing. Location was close to everything. Couldn't have asked for anything more. ##### Colleen C. Location, comfort, and all the details they put into making this the perfect gathering spot to create those memories in Sunriver that will last a lifetime. Kitchen is completely stocked, furniture is comfy, and linens are crisp. The ONLY negative thing is that the upper bunks do not have side rails. I had the boys sleep on the bottom only (which they were disappointed about.) I highly recommend putting in rails for safety purposes.
