It is located just a short 1/4 mile stroll from the SHARC aquatic facility and 3/4 mile from the charming Sunriver village, offering convenience and tranquility.  
  
With an open living area, high ceilings, and a cozy fireplace, this house exudes a rustic modern vibe that is both stylish and welcoming. Step outside onto the new back deck, complete with a hot tub and dining area, perfect for enjoying the serene surroundings. Fully remodeled with thoughtful amenities, including a fully stocked kitchen with a coffee maker, and smart TVs throughout, this retreat is designed for your utmost comfort. Enjoy central air conditioning during the warm summer months. Guests love the plush memory foam beds and the abundance of comfortable seating both indoors and out.  
  
This home is equipped with a variety of recreational activities, including a ping pong table, sports balls such as a basketball, football, and soccer ball, along with frisbees, a pickleball set, corn hole, and a ladder toss game.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
