« Most of the charging ports and some of the electrical outlets did not work. Accessible room has a very heavy door. They also closed all the fire doors…extremely heavy… for fire inspection, without bothering to let patrons in accessible rooms know and providing a way to get assistance. This left me, as a wheelchair user, in a very dangerous position, and caused pain attempting to get through that fire door. Although I have stayed there multiple times, I will not again. »

« The gentleman running the breakfast area was late to work, everyone was in the lobby waiting. Every seat was taken. I stopped in to the cafe area to sit in a chair. He was rude and tild me he doesn't let anyone in unril he has the breakfast put out. I told him i just wamted to sit amd wait amd there was no place to sit in lobby.
