"the problem started with the room there was popcorn and cookies on the floor when we entered the room, Then the room was stuffy and had a mildew smell , tried to warm so food the microwave didn't work, tried to use the gym room none of the staff knew how to start the machines . the keys wouldnt stay charged for the room. This has soured me on comfort in and i'm not sure I can trust this sites recommendation going forward"

The desk clerk worked around it and was very patient about it. The room was clean. The property seemed to have very little deferred maintenance. Great location - we felt safe there. "
