The main house in front of it his you are allowed to go sit on the front porch ir no one is there and watch the sunsets. « We had a good time at the property. It was lovely inside but could use some editing of the beautiful sit about. So many treasures there was no space to move about with our belongings. The kitchen was well appointed. The stairs to the upper space are problematic for us older folks. The yard could use a good clean up. Front door has a large gap at the bottom losing heat..and the scrsen door would not closs. Front porch step is uneven and a bit dangerous. Overall a lovely space . Very fantastic...

« Our family rents a place yearly for Thanksgiving. The TreeHouse was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed - the kitchen is impressively stocked. Each room has it's own thermostat for comfort as well. Great shower pressure, too. The house is in a great area - near to many attractions. Highly recommend the TreeHouse. Praise also to Vacasa - they responded quickly to our inquiries or needs. »

« We rented this for a Christmas family vacation and overall it was great. It was pretty clean (?) but doesn't look like it gets used much in the winter. Heat took a long time as it is radiant floor heat which was off when we got there and it was in the 30's outside. Not sure if I missed that in the description or not but it took the whole first night to not be jacket weather in the house. Would like to try again in the summer as that would be awesome I'm sure. »

« We really liked staying at the house for two nights. It was big and comfy, and the location was great with beautiful view. The only problem was the check-in at 5:30 PM, which was supposed to be at 4 PM. The house was still getting cleaned, and it was frustrating. »

« Was in town for Son’s graduation from Western and wanted a place to gather for meals and relax/hang out. Lovely house on quiet street near Lake Whatcom. Backyard is charming and a great spot to sit outside for a meal when the weather cooperates. Kitchen is the best equipped of any house rental I have experienced. »
