This place was the PERFECT location for what we needed- we walked to the arena, then later to Comerica park and Ford field, to take tourist-y photos. Kitty-corner on one side is a whole foods, in the other is DMC. »

« Liked the layout and cleanliness of the suite. We had a significant issue leading to very little sleep over two nights. The neighbours above the suite were incredibly loud until 5 a.m one morning and early the second night. We think they had a number of dogs. The second night we could hear a fight and lots of arguing and swear words. Seemed to be little noise protection between the two units. »

« The rental was clean, with the exception of some of the door frames. The location is okay. It’s a reasonably pleasant walk to the Q line. Both bedrooms are upstairs, while the only bathroom is downstairs. It is an old building, so the stairs are steep, with narrow treads. If you have mobility issues, you might want to consider a different rental. Also worth mentioning is that the floors and stairs are very loud. The owner is responsive, and we didn’t have any problems occur during our stay. »

« The apartment was great. Very clean and worked great for us. We had a little trouble checking in. We did not receive the email with the codes to the building and apartment. We reached out and Muhammed called us back within 30 min but it did cause a wee bit of stress. Apparently it was an automated email from VRBO. Host had a copy of sent email but it was not anywhere in my Spam or trash. So a mystery. Apartment was clean but need to do a little dusting behind the blinds. Also, towels are hard to...

« The place was pretty clean, however the Keurig did not look clean at all so I could not use it and also there was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom. My check in was delayed by a couple hours because I couldn't get a hold of the host and when I did, they mentioned that they prefer to call instead of text which is fine but I wish I knew beforehand. There was also no information regarding parking so I parked on the street the first day but there are spots behind the place. The main issue...

« Wow! We will be staying here EVERY time we come to Detroit. Unless our friends who were very jealous book it first. For the price (or less) than a hotel you get a posh place in the nicest location in downtown Detroit. They actually were filming a car commercial out front while we were there. The beds were comfy. The kitchen well appointed. And the decor was lovely. On top of this location walking distance to the arenas and next to tons of great places to eat. Highly recommend! »
