Bathroom shower had a big pile of hair spotty dirty shower sheets looked stained and dirty. Listing had coffee maker but didn’t specify that it was a Kerig and no Kerig pods were provided. « Booking was quick and easy! The text line was quick in response, super knowledgeable and polite. They were able to answer every question asked in a very reasonable time. We did book early check in and again everything was smooth! The house was pretty with plenty of room for the whole family. Now this kitchen was a dream! For a rental, it had EVERYTHING I needed to cook a full thanksgiving meal! I left the kitchen I packed… in my car! Beds are soft, blankets warm, plenty of room to stretch out...

« Our room was on the lower floor, adjacent to the pool that was filled with screaming children and yelling adults. The extremely cheap propane BBQ was placed in the patio (or on the balcony, for upper floors), underneath the flammable overhang above...a fire waiting to happen. Everything about the place reeked of cheapness. The owners are absentee landlords who use a lousy property management company, which failed to communicate important access information to us prior to our trip, apparently...
