"The hotel is older but has gone a refurbishing. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. The breakfast had plenty of choices. The noise from the trucks on I-81 was slightly bothersome but otherwise a good place to stay. "

"I arrived at the hotel and was told that they didn’t have my reservation. This was a nightmare. They were able to print off my booking, but continued to tell me that hotels.com didn’t pay them. The money had already been taken out of my bank, so I could not afford to purchase another room at the time. I stayed in the lobby on the phone trying to figure out the issue with hotels.com and the manager came out telling me that I needed to leave. This was almost 12am and I had nowhere to go. They told me I could not remain in the lobby to find out the issue. The two ladies were very rude and inconsiderate. "

"Front desk was ON IT! Donna was welcoming and friendly. The hotel is in great shape! Well done landscaping and walkways, gritty epoxy paint on stairwell, comfortable bed, updated shower/bath area, and super convenient to the interchange with gas stations & restaurants."

"The hotel needs an upgrade, I love Fairfield typically. The shower was very outdated and was hard to operate. The walls throughout the hotel and doors were very runned down. The breakfast was not great compared to what they typically have and the pool was closed! Without any warning. Also trains go by all night woke up at 11am 4am and 6 because of it not sure they can help that but wouldn't stay here again. Also smelled of weed on the first floor by the elevators. For $200 a night it's shameful to charge for what is offered. The front desk was very nice and helpful. Also had a vending machine which was empty. No impressed. "

"We came for the East Tennessee 4B gaited horse sale. There was plenty of room for our horse trailer. The host gave great check in and check out directions. We had everything that we needed. "
