« Loved old inn. Staff went over and above to be helpful,dog even had sausage gor breakfast. I found out no lift Expedia said couldn't ca cel without losing my money,when I told them this they said not a problem they would have returned it,again thanks for nothing Expedia. Staff so helpful and helped to get up to bed. Food was to die for had evening meal,lovely fresh cooked menu and breakfast again fabulous. Would recommend and would go again in spite of no lift! »

« We had a wonderful stay and the staff were incredibly accommodating. They were so helpful in arranging an early check-in for us and even found a room where we could get ready before attending a wedding, which made the whole day much less stressful. Everyone was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We really appreciated the excellent service and would happily stay here again. »

« The twin room i booked was clean and presentable and fitted our needs perfectly. Breakfast in the morning was good and there was a menu to choose from so you choose your own variation of breakfast. Staff were helpful, friendly and polite, overall, even though we only stayed one night, as we were attending a family wedding nearby, i would have no hesitation on staying here again. »

« We arrived after 10pm the hotel were very helpful in leaving us a message on where to collect our room key from, the room was big and clean, bathroom was good too, we had an enjoyable breakfast too, very friendly & helpful staff. »

« Parking can be a problem if arriving later in the evening. Follow instructions given by owners. Breakfast is great staff friendly and helpful. Keep entry instructions handy as had a little trouble finding codes. Rooms 7 and 8 are not where you'd think ! »

« We booked the Dinney B&B due to its close proximity to the Astbury Golf Resort, where we were attending a wedding reception. We visited the Dinney early, to work out the logistics and chanced to meet Keith the owner. He allowed us to drop our bags in our room, gave us our keys and assured us that we could leave our car at the Astbury, walk back and he'd sort a lift back the next day - now that's excellent customer service! The room was comfortable and clean, with a good ensuite shower room....

« The hotel is in a great location for exploring the area. It could do with a bit of freshening up of the paintwork. Our room was clean and well stocked with tea/coffee and bottles of water. The food in the restaurant was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. We did not need a carpark but there was one opposite that charged £4 per 24hrs. »

« This is a no frills hotel but it’s all you need for a night or two stay, it’s clean, beds comfortable, shower was lovely and they put towels and a soap n shower gel new with your towel set. We never used the towels as I always like to bring my own from home. Kettle and coffee n milk jiggers and two cups and there was a full size fridge in the room and a tv on wall. Location is fantastic, as said all you need is a clean place to sleep and shower. Over all a good stay for the night as was going to...

« What a fantastic place to stay. Really lovely room with modern bathroom and all the kitchen facilities you’d need. Super comfy bed and a very peaceful area. The owner is really welcoming and helpful. I stayed 2 days for a work trip but I’d love to go back and make more use of the facilities, maybe stay in one of the hot tub rooms, and see more of the area. »

« Difficile de trouver l'hôtel - manque de détails sur la fiche de réservation. Très mauvaise surprise que le restaurant n'offrait que des plats indiens car nous n' aimons pas cette cuisine. Les informations données sur le restaurant ne le précisent pas. Malgré ceci le dîner était acceptable et pour ceux qui aiment les plats épicés même bien. Le personnel était très sympa, même si il y avait des problèmes de compréhension, même pour nous des anglophones. Pour nous, les matelas étaient trop durs....
