« The staff were extremely helpful. Though fully booked, and with a booking misunderstanding due to an American booking agency, the Panorama staff were able to accommodate me. They were not just helpful, but efficient and utterly professional. I would give everyone I dealt with there 5 stars, and it will be the only place I stay herefrom in Bathurst. »
