« The Cozy Cottage nestled in the heart of Alton Bay, NH was just what my family of four needed for an extended holiday weekend getaway. My favorite keepsake from staying at Rich’s Cozy Cottage was most definitely the spectacular view and the live music heard from across the Bay while I relaxed on the comfy blue chairs in the large breezeway! We even brought our pugs and our 22 ft boat. Next time I hope to be able to reserve a dock, but the ramp is literally a five minute walk away. »

« Emplacement super!Beau lac l’autre côté de la rue. Tout ce que nous avions besoin etaient inclus à l’intérieur! Super!Par contre La picine et le spa n’était pas en marchent.Le drain du bain était bloqué donc l’eau remontait à chaque douche…La salle de bain aurait besoin de rénovation. Mais je retournerais quand même pour l’emplacement. »

« I would love to rent again. The space was enough for the number of guests allowed. Enclosed porch, deck, grill, and fire pit by the water were used daily. Water level is great for kids and water toys like floats and paddle boards. If it’s windy the water might be a little choppy but nothing major. Great view of the sun setting over the mountains. I really enjoyed my stay. »

« The house and location were amazing! Kurt was so helpful throughout. The house is minutes walking distance to Weirs beach bars and the direct oceanfront living was great for the 4th of July holiday weekend! We loved time by the pool, the guys enjoyed cornhole, and we loved the staff at the poolside tiki bar! Only inconvenience was the need to bring your own sheets blankets pillows—made packing a bit more strenuous. Would still come back, despite! Thanks again, Kurt & Sarah! »

« This home was super clean in every way. The modern smart features made controlling everything very easy. Beds are very comfortable. While this home is not advertised as ADA compliant it’s not far off. Only 2 short steps to enter the house, main floor is very open with everything needed and accessible for a person with limited mobility. Only one short step down to the deck with grill, hot tub, awning overlooking a very private property with firepit. Hot tub is in great condition and very clean....
