Châteaux à Bansha

« Mark was very kind to help us with minor issues we had getting into the property. It is VERY well appointed and the breakfast was fantastic! What was particularly nice was the spacious 'dining room' with an amazing rooftop patio. It was raining when we were there so didn't really get to go out on the patio, but we decided to stay in and enjoyed the dining room/ lounge. I would stay here again and recommend. Our apartment was on the third floor, so mind the stairs but we are seniors and...

« Justin, while nice, changed the property the day of the reservation without explanation. He sent texts to me while I was traveling. There was no time or option for me to rent another space for myself and my family. The unit we stayed in, I saw when booking and chose not to book. The unit we were given was smaller than what was booked, not as well furnished, and needed repair. The upstair’s shower actively leaked thru the kitchen ceiling, light fixtures were broken and would malfunction...

« very lovely house.. had everything, bed was comfortable, Pot belly stove came in handy. Could of had some paper towels in Kitchen. Sonia was more than accommodating and answered calls.quickly. I would stay here again. »

« This place was good enough for a one night stay, very basic, could have a few more things that would tip it up to a 5 star which I will share privately with the owner. »

« I'm writing this review based more on the host than the property at Deerpark. We had booked the Deerpark location, but the morning we were to check-in, we received a message indicating that we've been moved to a different rental location due to a 'plumbing issue at Deerpark'. We were assured by Justin that the new location would be better: more room, a big backyard, etc. Upon checking in, it was bigger, but certainly not better. This place was dated and in need of several repairs. The carpet...

« Great stay in this spacious villa, virtually brand new so very clean and well stocked. The owner Justin lives next door and is quickly responsive to any questions or requests - he truly goes above and beyond to make sure his guests are satisfied. We had plenty of space for our family and appreciated being able to walk to anything we needed. »

« It was fine. Beds were nice, and the decor was pleasant. WiFi didn’t work, and there is construction going on in the attached house. The email communication was unmonitored. Not the same value as other similar places where we’ve stayed. »
