Guests have full, private access to the entire home, including all decks, patio, hot tub, sauna, fire pit, driveway, and garage/storage area for skis, snowboards, bikes, or hiking gear.

Other details to note: This is a custom-built home (2006) with proper insulation. The home is equipped with AC and a GENERAC whole-house backup generator, ensuring comfort during mountain storms or power outages (which can happen often in the winter). Exterior-only security cameras monitor the front entrance and driveway for safety; there are no interior cameras or cameras in private outdoor areas.
