Located 200 m from the Capélan cove (next to the tennis and Paddle courts) in a very quiet residential area. We rent the ground floor of our fully air-conditioned family villa, built in 2022, and close to tennis courts and all amenities (supermarket, pizzerias, pharmacy, bakery...) and 13 minutes walk from the city center, 10 minutes by car from the Frégate golf course. It includes a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, extractor, fridge/freezer, etc.) and a living room with TV opening onto a large shaded terrace with dining table, a WC, 4 bedrooms all equipped with storage, bathroom (shower, heated towel rail, vanity unit, mirror), 2 are equipped with their own WC and an additional WC. Ducted air conditioning/heating (completely silent) External services: Automated gate, garage, indoor parking spaces, landscaped garden, HEATED SWIMMING POOL (depending on the season) with sunbeds and armchairs.
