Plenty of room to park and all ground floor rooms. Location was very quiet but close enough to main road and easy to find. Room spacios and comfy bed.

Parrot's on the creek .
The host is very deceptive, it is advertised to be a 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms, it's a 3 bedroom and one bedroom is leased to a tenant. Only 2 bedrooms available with only bathroom available is an ensuite. Certainly not enough beds for the 6 people booking. I had to find other accommodation ...
