"The parking is a hassle because there’s no parking on site. However, everything else was a good experience."

"Ladies at check in were awesome. Pickup and van to the hotel was easy and quick. Property and room amenities could be better. No bottled water which all Hiltons and most large chains have in room. Breakfast was good and filling for the day ahead. Good for an overnight stay. Close to JFK. "

"The hotel felt safe, and was in a great location for subway access, as well as walkable shops. The room itself was as pictured, but the floor was quite dirty. We had to wear shoes and slippers so as not to touch it. We could easily hear people talking in the hallway from several doors away, with our own door shut."

"Staff check was dreadful. No eye contact or even a smile. Also no info given regarding shuttle back to airport, we had to ask him. Room was noisy due to construction nearby, and other guests around us. We arrive late so we didn’t eat or drink anything during our stay so I can’t comment on those aspects of the hotel. On a positive the room was clean and comfortable"
