The area was close distance by taxi to shopping mall and eateries. It’s a short ride away to the grottoes. Staff were lovely and spoke some English. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel reached out to me before I arrived to arrange transportation to the hotel. It is hidden from view. They made sure I arrived safely. The lady at the front desk Amy speaks English which is a great plus as Luoyang is a smaller city in comparison. The rooms, washroom, amenities are all great and clean.
