"Decapitated furniture and carpeting but cant demand a 5☆ service for the price they're charging. The staff was amazingly supportive and helpful. The restaurant is tailored for west africans but theres a KFC and McD's around the corner. Overall, you'll feel safe staying their and the room are larger than an averaged modern hotel room. "

"The Expedia has wrong description and the photos on the website. The hotel had flies and cockroaches all over the rooms with filthy bad smell. The whole hotel building was in bad condition and broken facility. The photos shows kitchenette and sitting area which was not provided, even on request they told all their rooms kitchenette are like this and they cannot clean the rooms further. I have called expedia and informed them . Expedia failed to get my money back and they were unable to contact the property also hotel told me they will refund the money but expedia is not willing to return my money. Whole situation was horrible, the service was pathetic. I trusted expedia but Expedia also failed to solve the issue as they could not contact the property. It was a scam to me. Please don't book through Expedia also don't book this horrible filthy hotel with cockroaches."

"I booked this hotel for my mom’s stay. She said the hotel was somewhat decent for the first two days of her stay. However, on her last night, she arrived back at the hotel around 10pm and the AC wasn’t working (even though it was working every day up to that point). She called reception to let them know and they sent someone to fix, and the person left after saying he fixed it. My mom tried the AC again and nothing. She asked reception again but they never sent anyone to fix the problem. All night, my mom was boiling warm and couldn’t sleep at all. She woke up almost every hour and was not happy with the service she was provided. "
