"This is a lovely location. It’s quiet, across from Lake Huron, you can walk on the side of the road, however driving to the public lake access is not far. Tiffany is a very gracious and kind host. We will definitely stay there again when over that way."

Upon access we found the heat turned off, it was 50 degrees outside and the smoke detector beeping of a low battery (most annoying). "Our second summer in a row at this cabin. The screened in porch is the big draw for us. We just sat and read. And when it got too hot, we took a short walk to the beach to cool off. Loved it!"

"The room was very nice and very updated. The retro appliances (just "retro" style and brand new) were very fun and added to our stay. Lots of great linens in the bathroom. We love Pt Austin area and were very pleased to find a nice local resort that was two miles from town. "

"We were so pleasantly surprised with our stay. To be honest, our expectation was very low. This was a last minute over night trip and the only place with an available room. The hotel was very simple but clean, clean, clean. The tub, shower was bright clean white. The floors were spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. I’ve stayed in 5 star hotels that were not as comfortable as the bed we slept in. No musty smell at all. We’ll definitely stay again. "
