Right by the river, the boat rides to the Phong Nha caves are literally minutes away. Serene and quiet - A Little Leaf provides value for price. The host was remarkable. Phuong speaks excellent English and was able to arrange transport coming in and dropping us all the way off to Da Nang. He also organized both the Phong Nha and Paradise cave tours for us as well as...

Le couple de propriétaires est au demeurant très arrangeant mais insiste souvent pour vous transporter ici ou là. Il est vrai que le homestay est un peu excentré mais à pied, c’est bien aussi »

« Simple and perfect. Rooms clean, great service and support on things to do, where to go. Booked scooters, rang venues and made bookings. Lovely breakfast and laundry done same day ready for departure. I stayed in a single room with 3 beds with my teenage kids for 3 nights and this location and remoteness was a highlight of our Vietnam trip. »

" ⸻ Subject: Feedback on Recent Stay at Rex Quảng Bình I recently stayed at your hotel and would like to share my experience, which, unfortunately, was disappointing. First and foremost, the toilet in room 1011 - This is a family room - had a very unpleasant and persistent smell, seemingly coming from the waste collector. It was so overwhelming that it felt like I was sleeping in a garbage room. This issue seriously affected the comfort and quality of my stay. Additionally, during breakfast service, I encountered a staff member at the soup station who was notably unfriendly. Her attitude toward guests came across as dismissive, if not outright rude. Whether this was due to her demeanor or simply a lack of customer service training, it left a negative impression. To make matters worse, my brother developed a stomachache shortly after consuming an egg from the breakfast buffet. While we cannot confirm the cause with certainty, this incident raised concerns about food hygiene and safety standards at your establishment. Based on this experience, I regret to say that I will not be returning to Rex Quảng Bình Hotel in the future. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and work toward improving the overall guest experience. Sincerely, Nguyen "
