« 직원분이 친절하게 대응해 주셨고 갑작스럽게 비가와서 우산을 준비하지 못했는데 친절하게 렌탈해주셔서 비를 맞지 않고 저녁식사를 하러 갈수 있었습니다 4인가족이라 남자2여자2가족실을 사용했으나 가족실 안에 샤워실이 너무 좁아 여성전용 사워실을사용해도 괜찮겠냐고 문의해보니 친절하게 흥쾌이승낙해 주셔서 여자 둘이서 편안하게 사용 할수 있어서 너무나도 좋았습니다 시설도 깨끗했고 관리도 잘 되어 있어서 믿음이 갔습니다 다만 숙소가 3층이라 앨리베이터가 없어서 캐리어를 들고 올라가야했습니다 그것말고는 전반적으로 다 좋았습니다 다음 요코하마 방문시 다시 이용하고 싶습니다 »

« The staff was very helpful, even though there is no on site staff, the directions that they sent through the PDF to get into the building and into the room was very thorough, and when I had a problem connecting to the Internet, they responded right away and helped me right away. The room was very clean, and aside from the construction outside (to no fault of the hotels), which made it a little bit harder to sleep. Everything else was amazing! The area was very convenient, walking to the harbour...

« We had a wonderful time and would gladly stay again if in Yokohama. My family of 6 adults and 2 kids were comfortably able to have enough space in the rooms to have privacy but also the communal space was large enough for everyone. I definitely would recommend this place to stay. »

« いわゆるホテルではないので宿泊することに不安がありましたが、ご担当の方が電話やショートメッセージでとても親切に対応してくださいました。寝室がとても広く、二室あったので子供たちもぐっすりでした。庭にほこら？の跡があり鎌倉の歴史も確りと感じました。一時帰国する際はまた泊まりたいです。 »

« 横浜中華街にとても近くてよかったです。内装はキレイでした。 下のソファベッド用の掛け布団が欲しかったです。 家族の素泊まりでしたが 部屋やベッドはプライベートで息子家族とおじちゃんおばぁさんでした。なければ持参ください。とお知らせくださればうれしかったです。上から布団をかりました。 最後きちんと返しました。 たけのこの里が８袋置いてありました。６袋人数分頂きました。泊まらせて頂きありがとうとございました。 »

"Nous avons été pleinement satisfait de notre séjour. La chambre était impeccable, le personnel particulièrement attentionné et les équipements de grande qualité. Avoir directement la station de la ligne Minato Mirai sous l’hôtel était extrêmement pratique. L’emplacement est idéal : les bus sont tout proches et permettent de rejoindre très facilement des lieux d’intérêt comme Chinatown ou le Red Brick Warehouse. Un séjour vraiment impeccable, merci !"

"Wonderful hotel, but as other reviewers said made to feel like a criminal for having a small tattoo at the spa. The irony is that my tattoo is Hawaiian and this is supposed to be a resort honoring Hawaiian culture. I followed instructions and covered it up, but I was only allowed to use the onsen at night (exceptionally) when all guests had left - I wasn’t allowed to use it the day after despite having paid full price for spa use."

Having Family Mart at the 4 th floor was very convenient The view of my room not great, I saw other room looks better.
