Alpine Setting Nestled Against the National Forest

  • Ce chalet de luxe de 4000 pieds carrés est situé à flanc de montagne près de Vail. Ce superbe cadre alpin offre des vues spectaculaires et soutient la forêt nationale. De notre maison, il est à 7 miles de Vail sur la I-70.
    Notre maison a trois niveaux avec 4 chambres plus une 5ème chambre-bureau hors du maître, et il y a 3. 5 salles de bains en marbre, granit et carrelage. Le premier niveau comprend 3 chambres et une salle de jeux. Chacune des chambres a un lit queen et une a aussi des lits jumeaux.
    La suite parentale occupe le niveau supérieur. Le bureau du maître a été converti en une chambre avec un lit queen (parfait pour les familles). La suite principale a des plafonds cathédrale et des terrasses sur deux côtés. Le maître a son propre réfrigérateur, bain à remous et cuisinière à gaz et télévision
          Le niveau central (grande salle) est une grande pièce parfaite pour se divertir. Ce niveau entier a été récemment remodelé. Planchers de bois partout et une toute nouvelle cuisine avec comptoirs en granit de nouveaux armoires et appareils électroménagers. Il y a aussi un bar intégré avec réfrigérateur et machine à glaçons. Il y a de nouveaux canapés en cuir et une table à manger pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes.
    La grande salle a de grands ponts qui entourent le bâtiment ainsi que 5 portes coulissantes en verre qui s'ouvrent sur les ponts. La cuisine fait partie de la grande salle et ne sépare pas les cuisiniers de la fête. Nous venons d'installer une nouvelle cheminée de roche et un téléviseur 65 pouces avec système audio Bose. Le rock est le même que le Four Seasons in Vail. Le foyer au gaz gardera toute la grande pièce au chaud même lorsque les températures extérieures sont bien en dessous de zéro. Le bain à remous est sur le pont juste à côté de la grande salle et dispose de 2 moteurs exécutant 56 jets pour apaiser les muscles endoloris.
    Le garage contiendra deux voitures et est chauffé. L'allée est également chauffée et le comté prend très bien soin de la route qui mène à la maison.
    En saison de ski, nous louons principalement à la semaine. Du samedi au samedi

My family rents every year for a spring ski vacation. This is one of the best properties we have ever stayed at. We are a family of 8 and the house was absolutely amazing. The layout is very spacious and fit all of us perfectly. The location is great. Close to everything and the views are fabulous. House had everything needed for cooking. The rooms spacious and beds incredibly comfortable. We had one of the best stays in this beautiful home.

We had the most amazing stay! Everything was in perfect condition. The kitchen is well stocked, appliances were new, hot tub was powerful yet relaxing, bedding & towels were luxurious and the layout of the entire house was absolutely PERFECT for our family!Our host was terrific. And always available to answer questions before and during our stay. This allowed us to really plan our stay ahead of time and focus on quality family time while we were all together!

Such an expansive floor plan, and stocked with everything we could ask for; we can tell the owners put careful thought into the needs for any age range of family members. Best accomodation we have enjoyed off the mountain in Beaver Creek - Vail area. Great layout for extended families with children and adults to enjoy. A few stairs to access the house from the garage, but undercover and dry. Highly recommended.

We had the best time at this hole in Vail!! It was blizzarding non-stop for the first couple days. 12 min drive to the slopes. Overall incredible trip. Will definitely be renting again!

The most meticulously appointed rental I've ever been in

This property was absolutely excellent. They thought of everything when stocking it. The sleeping spaces where great and very comfortable. The group spaces were very large so that you never felt like you were on top of each other and cleaniness was top notch. The only item I would note is that if you are mobility limited, there are several steps to climb to enter the unit.

Family of 9 with three kids under 7 ,house main floor was absolutely perfect! Wide open fantastic views all around. This home was the best equipped VRBO we have stayed in. Great family gathering!

The spacious, open-floor-plan home was wonderful for gathering as a family! Our four adult children, spouses and 2 grandchildren spent the week skiing Vail and Beaver Creek, and exploring the local shops. Family meals were enjoyed at the large dining table and evenings were spent together in the large family room by the gas fireplace and in the hot tub. Plenty of comfortable beds and bathrooms for everyone! The kitchen was well appointed, and among other amenities included were three pack and play cribs and a nice stroller, which were very convenient when traveling with children! We highly recommend this beautiful property for a family trip!

Spring Break 2025

Incredible, sprawling estate of a property with views galore. Simply magical. Tons of space. Best stocked property we’ve ever stayed at (kitchen, baby accessories, games, and much much more). Only consideration is the stairs to get in and then the three stories once inside. So be prepared there. Also, garage wont clear an SUV with ski rack, so had to park outside. Regardless, it’s well worth the climb! Great, responsive hosts as well.

Beautiful Home

The house was lovely and well equipped. Owner very responsive. The stairs were way too much for us. 27 to front door, another 14 to kitchen and not sure how many to third floor. All extremely steep steps and not suitable for the very old or very young. An elevator would be a huge help. The house was so nice, just not accessible for lots of people.

Wonderful Property

This property is outstanding in all respects. The house is fully furnished with everything you may need. The views are spectacular, there is a heated garage with garage door opener for your car and the concrete driveway is heated so no worries regarding snow & ice. In addition there is a new hot tub on the deck along with barbecue grill. Inside the kitchen is spacious with granite countertops, barstool seating and a spectacular view of the mountain tops and valley below from the large window at the kitchen sink. Abutting the kitchen is the great room with bar, large gas stone fireplace and custom made dinning room table. There are 5 bedrooms and the upper master bedroom is spacious, includes a hot tub and access to deck areas front and rear. The house is perfectly situated within minutes of Vail village, Beaver Creek nearby restaurants and shopping to meet your needs. Our family has stayed at this property a number of times both in winter and summer and we are looking forward to coming back again next year. If you choose to stay at this wonderful property you will not be disappointed.

Charming home overlooking Eagle-Vail

We had a wonderful stay with kids and grandkids. All 8 of us had plenty of room to spread out and relax. This home is very well appointed and beautifully decorated. Comfy beds and very large kitchen. Super convenient to Vail Village and Avon whitewater on the Eagle River. Less than an hours drive to Breckinridge and Copper Mountain. Also close to Vail Pass for super cool downhill biking. We really enjoyed our 9 day stay and hope to return!

Vail Summer Getaway!

The property was an excellent choice for our family! Wonderful views from all rooms. Can’t say enough about how well stocked the whole house was! Loved seeing mule deer, chipmunks, etc. outside the cabin. Great place for family fun! Lots of steps but we are all in much better shape than when we arrived. We are normally beach people and this was a great change for us, would definitely recommend!!!

Perfect Vail Valley Mountain Home

This was probably the best vacation rental my wife and I have ever stayed in. Me and my family used this home for a family ski trip over a full week. The house is stunning, the pictures are great but still don’t do it justice. The views from every window are fantastic, the home is spacious, the beds are comfortable, and all of the decor was right up our alley. It also has one of the best stocked kitchens I have seen in a rental. The hot tub is huge and worked great. The location is perfect being only around 10-15 minutes to Beaver Creek or Vail, with plenty of groceries, shopping, and restaurants even closer. If the price is right for you, do not hesitate to book this house.

Wonderful place to stay for snowboarding trip with 3 families

Our stay at this home was above and beyond our expectations. The house was fully stocked for everything we needed for cooking and laundry. The hot tub was tented to by a service so made it clean and easy to use. The fireplace was really nice as it heated the main floor. The bedrooms were perfect for the people we had staying. Kelly was super helpful when we had questions. Having a garage to park in was really nice when it snowed. We will definitely be back if we are in Vail.
