"Grand du lac was amazing !!! Staff were lovely special mention to Kelly and Levi who could not have been more helpful. Would definitely recommend staying at this accommodation. Buffet Breakfast was the best we have ever had and our room was freshly renovated and very comfortable bed. Staff and accommodation are excellent definitely 5 stars!!"

"Overall it was great. The staff are great, and made the experience a good memory. But at the price and with 5-stars, I was surprised to see multiple issues that could be addressed with a little more attention to detail and some basic maintenance.
Just a random example is a hairdryer in our room that was obviously majorly cracked and looked unsafe to use. It worked and likely got dismissed by staff as “well it works, right?” For other 5-star hotels at this price, I expect it would get replaced immediately. "
