Light fittings missing, wet/musty smelling carpet and flaking paint on windows. Whilst I understand this may not be a requirement - when I pulled the sheet away, the mattress was stained that I refused to sleep in it. Reception was so lovely & offered to shift us into another room after acknowledging that they do use mattress protectors. Our villa was then upgraded but again - another bed without mattress protectors. I had to request one be put on our bed in the end, the bed was not comfy, the couch was stained and the bathroom could have been cleaned better. The restaurant was overpriced and food was below average also.
