The continental breakfast was great, loved the pancake maker & coffee machine. Staff were very lovely. The location was great, very close to Westfield mall, bus stops, etc. I’d recommend it if you’re on a budget, but for the price, don’t expect anything close to 5-star. The room itself was very musty (bathroom had a strong unpleasant smell). bathroom flooded on the first night when we tried to shower (tip: don’t use very high water pressure). Housekeeping was done daily, which was good & gave us extra towels but still, it was a bit of a hassle. Window didn’t feel very secure and there was a roof next to it so someone would easily be able to break in so I didn’t feel very safe. My partner used the shower and it flooded almost into our room. When we told the other receptionist the next day he didn’t really seem to care at all.
