« Cabin is located on prime spot with beautiful view of the Rifle River. Cozy and quiet; exceptionally clean; well-stocked kitchen; beds very comfortable. Rained on and off the whole time, but it we still enjoyed campfires at night, and the raindrops falling on the river added to the serenity of this beautiful cabin. Highly recommend; will return this summer or fall to enjoy the river. »

« When you arrive the outside appearance is simple & tidy. Upon entering you find an over the top clean home. The quality of the cleanliness & very new carpet gives the whole place a clean & fresh appearance. Kitchen is adequate with all new appliances. But it is small, especially the frig. I would make sure to have a cooler for the porch to keep drinks in if you are bringing in much food or beverage. « A group of moms stayed here for a RUNcation. We participated in the Thumb Coast Ultra Relay and this rental was steps from the beach and finish line. Great views and a cute aesthetic! »

Noted issues include a leaf-strewn driveway, a hazardous bathroom doorknob, litter on the floor, dismantled smoke detector, layer of dust on the sofa, & handprints clearly visible on glass sliding door. « We stayed here to run the Thumb Coast Ultra and Relay. It was comfortable, clean, and the location was excellent. The pictures don’t do it justice! Checking in and out couldn’t have been easier. You’re minutes from Caseville (gas, groceries, restaurants), right on the beach. The beds were comfortable, the furniture in the sitting areas was great (which is not often my experience at other rentals). The shot was communicative and helpful.
