Large garage with ample space for parking, and extra space for beach toys, chairs, games, and bikes, and off-street space for second car. Outdoor shower - Spacious and private with hot water for convenient cleanup after the beach. Open concept living room with hardwood floors All TVs are smart Roku connected to Netflix, Disney+, HBO, and cable channels on AT&T TV 55” TV in living room. Can't say enough about the care and cleanliness we arrived to for our week in OCNJ. It was perfect. Kurt takes PHENOMENAL care of the property and upgrades to keep everything looking great. The location is awesome - just step out of the house, turn right and walk a block and a half and you're at the beach. Also, a lot of great restaurants and ice cream places close by. Being walking distance to the heart of the boardwalk was also clutch for our family as parking can be interesting but never had to worry about it.
