They said they always do this but I don’t think so. I’ve stayed at this property many times and never had this problem. Just make sure the card you use to secure your hotel is the one you want to use to pay! "

"Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at , starting from the check in very smooth process , the room was super clean & the room service ( cleaning) was excellent!!!! The kids absolutely loved the pool area and the snacks at the bar . Will definitely be telling our friends about this property & we are coming back sooon."
