"Very clean, comfy bed, friendly service and a beautiful setting. The hotel is in an old wood and stone building, in the middle of the corn fields, with a view of the Pyrenees mountains. A very nice stay for a romantic getaway. The breakfast was good, continental. The only thing I would suggest is to put the coffee in smaller cups as it gets cold quickly, but that is the only thing I would change about my stay, it was beautiful! Merci! "

"The history of this hotel and its location made us feel like we were living inn a WWII spy movie! Really interesting and fun place. Great location, wonderful help especially Mr Israel, lovely room,, stunning lobby and good restaurant.. Read up on this place before you book to get the most out of it! Also, good hikes nearby"

"Interesting/pleasant room decoration in the Bali room. Noisy location which meant you couldn't have the windows open and parking was difficult. No aircon so it was a difficult night. Thank goodness there was a fan. "

"Our stay was fabulous from driving up to the chateau, the views that we were greeted with blew us away. Fantastic hospitality from our host was second to none. Beautiful clean room. The evening meal and breakfast all homemade were outstanding. We highly recommend this beautiful chateau to anyone visiting the area. "This property surpassed our expectations. It was set in the foothills of the French Pyrenees with beautiful views of the surrounding countyside. There was lots of hiking around and about and we really appreciated coming back to the creature comforts in the evening. The property was exceptionally well equipped. This was our first trip to this part of France and and we wished we had booked for longer. Many thanks to our host for a wonderful stay. We would definitely visit again."

"We were just looking for somewhere to stay overnight on our way down to Spain. It would have been nice to possibility stay a few more nights in this lovely old house in the village of Bedous. If you are looking for something individual and quirky this is the place. The lovely old furnishings in the house fitted beautifully with the age of the house. The owner was lovely and helpful. Breakfast was included and very nice. "
