"The room was very nice, nice large bathroom and kitchenette area with microwave, fridge and freezer. Only negative was the AC seemed to be too strong, set temperature to 75 and it was still freezing! Otherwise, great room."

"My stay was excellent. I booked a one-night getaway for my birthday and mentioned at check-in that I was there to relax and celebrate. The gentleman who checked me in gave me a complimentary drink coupon and waived my parking fee in honor of my special day, which was a thoughtful touch. When I got to my room, the keys didn’t work, so I went back to the front desk. The same staff member quickly fixed the issue and apologized profusely. He also thanked me for handling the situation calmly, which I appreciated. Overall, the service made my birthday stay very enjoyable. "
