Everything was acceptable. It's not a 5 star hotel but a wonderful place for kids. Swimming pools have excessive use of chlorine. Other than that food is great, generous hotel and staff are friendly. Must try the Italian pizza

Lovely hotel, spotlessly clean with delicious food and plenty of it. Location was ideal, not far from the airport and in the middle of an array of shops. The only downside was how busy the main restaurant got.

The room was clean, over looking the pool. So many bars and food options. The staff were all super friendly. The beach transfer bus was very handy for me. The beach bar and snacks was a real bonus which I didn’t expect. Everything was amazing about the whole stay.

Our room was huge and spotlessly clean. Great for a family of 5 with teenagers. The food options catered for everyone, freshly prepared and the desserts were amazing. We were put off using the main restaurant however as it was really busy but overall had a great time.

Staff were lovely and really helpful, room always kept super clean, cleaners do a great job at the hotel. Very friendly atmosphere came here to have dental work done and would definitely visit this place again.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. There were many guests during our stay as it was during the Eid holidays, but everything was orderly. There are many staff available to assist with any requests. Even housekeeping was available in the late afternoon to get us new bathroom towels. Food selections was a big variety and delicious. Keep it up Grand Park Lara. Well done overall.

The hotel staff were really nice most spoke English. The little refrigerator in the room wasnt that cold but the staff sent me ice to the room. Other than that the food was good and there was a lot of variety.

Whilst the room was much smaller for us compared to what was expected, the room itself was clean. The pool was fine, food options were repetitive but biggest let down was probably the staff. They speak to people like they are fed up of talking or helping, at first we put it down to a long day but it kept happening throughout the stay. If you ask a question they make faces, they speak about you in Turkish to other colleagues in front of you. Explanation of what the hotel offers was not explained properly. Considering areas like Antalya are built on tourism, the service and attitude to those who are paying customers is shocking, and not in a good way.
