Sep 14, 2023 Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### A fuir L'appartement a subi un dégât des eaux, aussi ça cloque de partout et ça sent le moisi. Pour un des 3 pièces les plus chers d'Annecy, c'est surprenant de le mettre en location dans cet état. Concernant la propreté, la douche orange de tartre, les carreaux gris, la crédence sale ainsi que les murs, la brosse des toilettes était marron, y compris son contenant (tout photographié). Enfin, le bruit, un train passe à 6 mètres des chambres (jusqu'à trois heures du matin), ainsi qu'une double voies qui doit mener à un CHU, aussi les sirènes vous berceront. L'impression de dormir sur le périphérique. Quant à l'agence qui gère la location, même pas un livret d'accueil, juste des prestations payantes, l'on récupère une clé dans une keybox avec un autocollant de la police signalant sa prochaine destruction ; problème avec le wifi, à ce jour je n'ai aucune réponse à mon mail, idem pour la procédure de checkout, malgré mes mails, aucune réponse.
