All the charms of an older home well remodeled, solid wood doors, well insulated walls, so you don’t hear anything in the house when you are in your bed. 2 of the 4 bedrooms have amazing views. My 13 year old loved being on the bottom level with direct access to outside and his own bathroom. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Lots of glasses. Could use some more plastic cups for beach. Bikes are great and lots of beach stuff in garage. Highly recommend. The only con is the house is on the public beach access. Just as pictured, stunning views of the beach and lovely sunsets on the patio. Host was an excellent communicator and facilitated a great stay. Only thing that detracted slightly was the beach access point directly next to the home. Not a big deal but definitely something to consider if you’re looking for total privacy. ##### Joy M.
