« The house was incredibly dirty. The towels smelled like they had not even been washed. The water was so horrible that once we turned it on we had to leave the house due to the overwhelming sulfur smell that filled the entire house. We are having to find a place to shower. I have pictures to prove just how bad the house was. »

« We go to Galveston fairly often and usually stay on the West End away from all the activity. We loved this townhome. It desperately needs to be updated but it is clean, the view is wonderful and the neighborhood is quiet. My only tiny complaint is that the info. said there was a hair dryer on the property so I didn't bring one, but there was not a hair dryer in any of the bathrooms. »

Lack of silverware for group size listed. Yellow stains around toilet base. Dirty drawers in kitchen and worn cabinets, holes in couch apholstery. »
