About this property

Picturesque Mountain Views, Direct Snowmobile & ATV trail access. 30 minutes to Sunday River and Black Mountain of Maine.

  • Come hideaway in our luxury A-Frame.2 bedrooms downstairs each with a closet and queen size bed. A gorgeous oversized curbless shower with a rain shower head and heated mirror. In the living room you will find a 58in TV along with an electric fireplace. There is seating for 8 people between the long live edge bar top or the round table over looking the mountain views. Upstairs there is two twin XL beds and a 2 twin beds. The kitchen has full size appliances and your basic cookware. Outside you will find a patio set, fire pit and Weber grill on a concrete patio. Situated with direct access to the ATV and snowmobile trails and just 30 minutes from Sunday River, Black Mountain of Maine and Mount Abram for our skiing guest. Enjoy the many hiking trails and waterfalls along with the beautiful lakes. The grill, patio table & chairs and fire pit are not available November to April. Pool is open seasonally from Late May to Mid-September weather depending.
