"Apartment is located 50 m from the beach promenade. Garage entrance is only for small cars. Public parking along the street is always occupied but 300 m away you can find one (direction to Langueiglia). Apartment itself was very comfortable and clean."

"We had a great time in Finale Ligure. The apartment is spacious, very clean and well equipped. We stayed for a whole week and everything was perfect. Very close to the beach, great views from the terrace, and we always got help from Candida or her sister very quickly. We will definitely come back!"

On the seafront it was good to be able to take a daily walk down to the coast to the marina. The apartment is close to many beaches. The balcony has the sun all day so good for sitting out. "Great house on the top of old city. This accommodation is large and comfortable for 4 people. House was clean and ready for guests. It is good choice for your holiday. There is a fantastic view from terrace. Porto Maurizio where is this house is very awesome town with a lot of monuments, romantic place and many restaurants. "The apartment is located on a side street in town, conveniently-located (near restaurants, shops, beach) yet still quiet, even at night. The set-up was ideal for us (couple with one-year-old child), with enough space to spread out and handy facilities. Very clean, comfortable and functional. Both Candida and Lucia are welcoming and responded quickly to any questions we had. Thanks for a great stay!"

"We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Patrizia's. The apartmet was just as described on the website and we really liked the decoration an furniture. It's not big, but very comfy and contains just everything you need. The small terrace was perfect for having our meals and we really enjoyed the silence and peacefulness, this locations offers. "Nice appartement. Good for a week stay. Now balcony and near trainrail, but it gives no bother. Parking is fine. Very near to beach with nice bars."

"First of all: you cannot reach the apartment by car, you have to walk the last 200 meter over a bad pathway, and anyone that has a physical handicap will have trouble reaching it. Then: there is no mobile network, so when you anrrive you can’t sent Livia a message that you are in the village, you have to look around and ask for her. Then in the anpartment the WiFi does not work well. There is only WiFi in the kitchen, and it does not work when there are clouds or rain. To reach the swimming...

"Excellent in all aspects. Cant rate this holiday village highly enough. Definite 10 out of 10 all round. All staff amazing. Room spacious. Restaurant exceptional Pool fantastic. Had an amazing and relaxing family stay. Would definitely recommend and will be looking to go back jn the future."

"There is parking here and the front desk clerk knew exactly how to get us in - came outside and directed us. It’s tight but right at the door. The desk clerk also helped us with our giant suitcase…sorry, we had to pack for hot/cold, fancy/rustic. We tried not to overwhelm but we looked excessive. The breakfast….oh my! Quite a spread."

"Room was not as described online, 2 single beds instead of a double (states online that the room sleeps 3, but nowhere for a 3rd person to sleep - lucky there was only 2 of us), smell of stale smoke as soon as you enter the room, no toilet roll provided, no towels provided, unclean room and balcony and incredibly run down, states online that parking is 5 euro per night and they expect 10 euro per night when you arrive. We are not fussy people and often sleep in hostels but this is not a 3 star ‘hotel’ - it should be a 1 star! "

"When we arrived asked about parking. Told there was a location nearby but had to wait over an hour for somebody to arrive to show us where the location was. The space was an underground car space that was very difficult to park in as the space was very tight and had to reverse all way out up a ramp to get out of. On check out tried to charge us €20 for parking having mentioned nothing at check in. Advice park car nearby yourself"
