Whip up mealtime masterpieces with the help of a full suite of stainless steel appliances, then grab a bite at the adjacent dining table before heading out.

Spend evenings relaxing at home while you stream the latest release from the comfy living area, and the in-home washer/dryer makes quick work of the day's clothes. The bathroom boasts a spectacular soaking tub, perfect for relaxing after a full day's adventure. Whether you're here to relax or explore, you've found the perfect hideaway at Dawn A New Day!

Security camera details: There is a blinking doorbell outside the front entrance of every unit and inside areas where guests are not permitted, such as the owner's space or unit. There are no cameras or recording devices inside any unit rented by guests.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This apartment is very comfortable. Great lighting and fully stocked kitchen. Could use warm blankets for cold weather. Lots of bath towels and good seating.

Not bad but some big issues

Property and furnishings were fine but some things were very frustrating and in some cases concerning. 1. We were instructed to park in back along the alley way. After going through an alley with grass sometimes 3 feet tall (fire hazard?) we found that lower in the arrival instructions it says we can park on street. Please correct these conflicting instructions and/or have someone mow the grass in the alley. 2. First stop was bathroom only to find someone had left me a welcome gift as there was an unflushed #2 filling the bowl. 3. Later I opened the drawer to grab a utensil to find that a knife was in the drawer with peanut butter on it (top knife no less). 4. Went to put cups and utensils in dishwasher to find it was already full. 5. Showered and found that it hadn’t been cleaned including very curly hair on the walls. 6. Dryer had contents when we went to use it. Other than the above it was fine.

Brews, hikes and friendly neighbors!

Our favorite band brought us up to the beautiful state of Alaska. This was the perfect location for a short walk to the venue, Matanuska Brewing. The unit had everything we needed including a washer and dryer, which was key to being able to pack lightly. Also, a quick drive to Eklutna Lake and Thunder Bird falls. Neighbors were super friendly!
