The location was perfect for hiking, wedding and restaurants. Space was great inside, hot tub was good and we really appreciated the soaps, towels and other small items already in the kitchen and bathrooms. The “mud room” was great to hang wet coats and wet shoes without messing up the rest of the floors. The only suggestion we have is to possibly put a dehumidifier in the bottom floor. We were walking distance to the Girdwood Brewery (great beer) and some restaurants (Jack Sprat was wonderful). Our street was very quiet. It has a very well stocked kitchen and a wonderful hot tub.
