« This is incredible find and Al, the host, could not have been more hospitable. The rental is so close to downtown New London and Niantic and the highway that it was easy to get to and from all major necessities and recreation. We loved the design of the guest house and had everything we needed (air fryer added from the pictures only). The grounds were meticulously kept and the pool was inviting and warm! « I was traveling in to visit family and wanted to be close and have a place to hang out with everyone. Unfortunately, the weather was not our side and it rained most of my stay. Very sad, haha. That being said, the home was great and the property was well taken care of and top notch. The host was easy to communicate with, as well. BOOK IT! :) »

« We had a fantastic time over a long weekend at Trisha’s place on the lake. The house had everything we needed, and the location right on the lake was perfect for views and for kayaking and paddle boarding. Trisha is a great host with lots of communication and little touches in the house that make you feel welcome and at home. If we ever come to the area in the future, we will definitely stay here again. »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This cottage perfect for two people. The location has all the amenities you could ask for. Climbing up and down the 43 steps to cottage can be tiring especially for the elderly. There is Liquer store very close buy and grocery store within 5 miles. I must say that prices there very high, but in no way does that reflect on owner. We certainly are looking forward to coming back for another stay. »

« This place was so cute! The pictures don't do it justice. The layout of the house is perfect. The rooms are spread out so your not on top of each other with larger groups. Each room has an a/c which was so nice. This house is in a great location, in such privacy, but so close to stores, food, and shops. Will definitely be back. « Beautiful views from this rustic, comfortable lakeside cottage in a quiet community. FYI, make sure you have bottled water, soap, shampoo and basic kitchen supplies (like keurig coffee) milk, etc before arriving. Also, the cottage though it accommodates 6, would probably work best for a smaller party with only one bathroom in the cottage. »

« Beautifully updated home inside and out! Well stocked and very clean! The gas fireplace was definitely a plus! Location was perfect for a walk into town, or to get in the car and hop on the highway to go exploring. Owners were super accommodating and easy to work with as well. »

« This is exactly as you see in photos. It doesn’t mention the beautiful butterfly bushes, loaded with gorgeous butterflies! Everything in this place is quality and lovely! The beds are super comfy. It’s literally a 4 minute walk to a cute public beach. You will love this little house. She has maximizing with no clutter down to a science! You’re 20 minutes from Gillette castle, so worth it! The area is so quaint, couldn’t have been happier with this beautiful place. »

« My family and I had a relaxing vacation in this cabin. We spent our days fishing and swimming in the lake as well as hiking in some of the nearby nature trails. At night, we enjoyed the outdoor fire table, watched movies, and played board games. My younger children loved having access to the gaming station. The property was pet friendly, and our dog enjoyed exploring the yard. The owners were very prompt about communicating with us. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation! »
