Une bouilloire ne serrait pas de refus. Ainsi que la tv ne fonctionnait pas. Pour le reste le personnel est sympathique et la chambre très propre.

Seeing the rating you gave our accommodation and reading your feedback we realize that your stay has been different to average. We are very proud of our overall rating for cleanliness, we understand that you have experienced this differently and are sorry to hear that. Unfortunately incidents like this can happen and we really try our best to avoid those. If a guest mentions any discomfort/issue during the stay our staff will always gladly do anything in their capacity to resolve it. Regarding the room temperature, we are quite certain that you did not use the full capacity of the heating system or have used the system wrong. It is really a lost opportunity that you did not mention this during your stay as our staff would've gladly fixed this issue just by showing how to use the heating system correctly. Hello, I highly recommend to AVOID this hotel. I booked this hotel for my sister, and I feel sorry for her. She told me she only saw one girl who basically did everything from welcoming to cleaning. She was the only positive thing about that hotel. The manager, however, she only saw her the last day to pay for the room cleaning service, knowing that her room was not ONCE cleaned. The second day of her stay, the girl came to her room to clean it, but my sister declined because she doesn't like her room to be cleaned. But the manager seemed to not care about this, she said you must pay for the service even though it wasn't done !! LOL !! for some reason it felt like being rubbed, I mean I felt certainly scammed. If there's anything I'm sure about, it's that I'm never returning back to that hotel. Not me, not my family, not my friends;

Superbe hôtel, conforme aux photos de l'annonce. Malgré la situation qui est un peu loin du centre, il est vraiment très bien. Et de devoir prendre le ferry tous les jours c'est vraiment le plus de cet hôtel. La chambre très propre. Le personnel est très serviable. Attention aux moustiques... qui sont beaucoup plus méchants qu'en France.

Friendly staff, small but cosy rooms
We were looking for an accommodation for the Easter week end. This hotel is not centrally located, but if you are OK with walking or going by bike, then it's totally fone. Friendly staff. We were upgrated from a room without windows to a duplex room. The space is quite small but clean and well organised. The parking next to hotel is time limited (with a blue disc), but free and unlimited in the streets across the road.

L'hôtel est un peu éloigné du centre mais reste tout de même très facile d'accès grâce à la navette gratuite. Nous avons eu une chambre très propre, fonctionnelle et très bien isolée. Le personnel est agréable et disponible. Je le recommande sans réserve.

Das Personal in diesem Hotel ist immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und super lieb. Die Zimmer sind an sich total ausreichend was den Platz angeht. Das Bad hat eine schöne Aufteilung. Bei der Ausstattung muss man da jedoch Abstriche machen. Vieles ist nicht bis Ende durchdacht - Tischlampen mit USB Stecker, aber kein Adapter/Steckdose mit USB weit und breit. Kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer hatte in der Ecke, in der er stand keine Steckdose. Zudem war er dreckig und am Ende auch kaputt. Oben im Schlafbereich stand die selbe Tischlampe ohne Möglichkeit sie anzumachen. Somit gab es kein Licht im oberen Bereich. Die Decke in der Dusche sollte mal neu verputzt werden. Und man sollte zum Schlafen Ohrstöpsel mitbringen, da ich bisher bei jeder Übernachtung Gäste mit auf dem Flur hatte, die sich daneben benommen haben. Alles in allem kann ich das Hotel aber aufgrund der Lage, des Preises und des Personals empfehlen. Man kann direkt davor für ca 10€ am Tag parken. Die Bahn ist innerhalb 5-10min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Viele coole Aktivitäten und Lokale wie Wonder und Bunk sind ebenfalls super nah.

The staff were all extremely helpful! The hotel and our room were spotless and was a very convenient spot in Amsterdam Noord. Getting to Centraal Amsterdam was easy.

Die Unterkunft an sich war in Ordnung. Ohne Schnickschnack mit nur den nötigsten ausgestattet. Dafür gibt es eine Klimaanlage und ein recht hübsches Bad. Ein Fenster, das man öffnen kann hat für mich schon gefehlt. Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Hier und da lagen noch kleine Schnipsel auf dem Boden Betten waren bequem und sauber. Auch die Damen an der Rezeption waren alle mega freundlich und zuvorkommend. Was mich wirklich gestört hat war, dass es keine Richtlinien zur Nachtruhe zu geben scheint. Die Kerle nebenan haben bis 2 Uhr nachts so laut Randale gemacht dass es nicht auszuhalten war.

Arriving from the subway is convenient. The rooms (some with no windows) are all lined up off a corridor. A basic desk and wifi. No frills. My room’s bathroom wasn’t very clean with some hairs still around. I was constantly woken up at night by noise from the other rooms. I checked out one night ahead because I couldn’t take it.

Very budgetty hotel. Overall very good. It's a bit far from the ferries and from the center. There is a big supermarket 500 meters away. A disadvantage is that there is a bad smell between the reception and the rooms.

Very comfortable in nice part of town.
Choose to stay in North Amsterdam and save some money. This is, in nearly every way, a comfortable accommodation. Our room was more spacious than a usual hotel. Clean. Comfortable bed/bedding. Very quiet. Nice and professional owners who provide a good continental breakfast in a trendy space. Very convenient to Metro stop; one stop away from Centraal station.
