"Je mets 5. Je trouve les avis beaucoup trop négatifs. L’hôtel est de bon standing. Oui il manque un peu de peinture sur quelques portes, oui l’ascenseur est un peu long. Oui c’est une baignoire. Mais l’hôtel est très propre. Les literies sont très confortables. Un peu de bruit de circulation mais c’est normal, le centre de Palerme est à 10 minutes en voiture. Le petit déjeuner est nickel, complet et très bon. Alors oui on monte quelques étages à pied si il faut. Bravo au personnel souriant avec tous ces touristes aigris. A l’accueil, elles parlent plus ou moins français mais ça va, on fait tous des efforts. Petit bémol pour la serveuse du bar de la piscine, elle aussi, aigrie. Et oui il faut un bonnet qu’ils vendent, c’est ce qu’on appelle de l’hygiène. Bref, je mets 5 même si ça en vaut un très bon 4, pour rééquilibrer les notes négatives. "
