« Alex and Nina were very helpful and responsive before and during our stay. The house was quiet and very clean and had things we needed - nice to not need to shop for essentials like trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels. We appreciated the privacy, even being on a corner. And parking was easy off the alley. It was exactly what we needed for our family visit. We were also grateful for the A/C - having the hot summer days it was the perfect relief at to cool off and recharge. Thank you! »

« Perfect setting for our 4 adult children and their 6mo baby girl to meet up with their brother and his new son here in Boulder! Great location, walkable to Pearl and to 29th st Mall, Appointed like a private home right out of Anthropologie home decor! Adorable back yard to hang out unfortunately it was a pretty rainy week, very organized and specific attention to detail by the owners. »

« This home was perfect. Hosts were very welcoming leaving us a note and welcome basket. Kitchen was well equipped and bathroom had essential supplies. There is an adorable little patio and free parking. The location was a short walk into Pearl Street where there is plenty to do and many many great restaurants. We would definitely book this home again. There is nothing I would improve on. »

« We had a great time visiting Boulder staying in this VRBO. The check in process was easy and quick and everything was super walkable to the restaurant/bars/shops/everything that you could ever want really in downtown. The apartment is downstairs in their home and it was very easy and quiet with either of us disrupting each other. »

« Loved the place, especially the unique artwork and furniture pieces. Great big room with amazing views! Also beautiful and large kitchen. The one downside is just one small bathroom. Luckily, we only had 3 adults for one night. Would stay here again in the summer to enjoy the outside deck...but it was way too cold this time around! :) »

« We needed a place that would be appropriate for our large family, coming from 3 states, with grandkids ranging from 1 1/2 to 18 years old. This house was perfect. The upper deck is large and safe. We played many board games out there. There is a wonderful creek or stream that the middle aged kids loved. We all went on the acres of trails with mines to peek in. « My family and I really enjoyed our 1 week stay at this property at Estes. The host and owner were friendly and easy to communicate with. The house was conveniently located to Estes, RMNP and Route 7 toward Allens Park. We visited RMNP several times as long as you go early (before 8 am). Shopping in Estes was a treat but kind of touristy. We had elk and deer stroll through the yard which thrilled my grandsons. We wish we could have stayed longer but would do it again in a heartbeat. »

« Fantastic visit! Everything was very well arranged and just as pictured in the photos. The house was immaculate and very well located. There was room for all 7 of us, easy peasy. We enjoyed easy access to downtown Estes as well as RMNP. We were sad to leave and hope to go back some day! »
