Next to it is a large kidney-shaped pool with a conveniently located shower room.A door from the terrace leads to the spacious traditional kitchen with marble countertops and a separate, fully equipped pantry with modern appliances. Another door leads to the charming Mallorcan-style living/dining room.A corridor provides access to a double room with a private shower bathroom, a room with two single beds and a bathroom. Both rooms have beautiful views of the garden. Portable air conditioning units are provided.A flight of stairs leads to the enormous sunbathing terrace with 360-degree panoramic views of the mountains, countryside, and bay. There is a dining table and chairs in a shaded area, and there is ample space for sun loungers. This is a magical place to watch the sunrise over the bay, sunbathe during the day, and then watch the sunset over the mountains, all with total privacy. An independent service room contains the washing machine and an additional refrigerator.The swimming pool is surrounded by a beautiful garden full of mature trees, flowering shrubs, and many types of palm trees. A door leads to a productive orchard, a vegetable garden, and a wild area, a perfect place for a picnic. Guests are invited to help themselves to ripe fruit.Villa Can Soler is perfect for those seeking a comfortable and peaceful retreat surrounded by nature.Free air conditioning from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AMWe will send you a link from our bank where you can pay the Ecotax by credit card before your arrival. A spacious and well equipped villa in a quiet location, but with the shops and restaurants in Pollenca & Alcudia and nice beaches all within easy reach by car. Lovely pool and covered patio/BBQ area, with the added bonus of an upstairs terrace which provides a welcome breeze during the heat of the day. A couple of minor issues (leaking aircon unit and dishwasher) were promptly resolved. Great holiday. ##### Phil S. Wir haben den Aufenthalt gut genossen. Ein kleines Manko: Mücken gab es einige. Da sollte man nicht empfindlich sein. Der Pool ist angenehm und unter den Bäumen fällt angenehmer Schatten. Die Poolreinigung fand nach Anfrage per Email statt. Die Inneneinrichtung ist rustikal. Die Gartenanlage hat viele verschieden Pflanzen, die automatisch bewässert werden. Die Pflege des Gartens könnte umfangreicher sein. Ich kann die Finca weiter empfehlen! ##### Soran A. A beautiful location, but with beautiful flora and fauna come insects. We had a constant battle with the ants. The owner might wish to buy a couple of large plastic boxes that can be sealed. We found we had to stuff all the food into the fridge even the cereals. The slightest crumb resulted in 1000's of ants. There were 2 lovely wild kittens, we kind of adopted them I hope the next visitors feed them to. It took us a few days to get used to the layout of the house. The washing machine is in a room on the roof. At night there is a lovely scented flower on the roof and the views are amazing. The pool was perfect our kids now have so much confidence in the pool.
