Welcome to Rio Rancho and The Reynosa Retreat. This home sleeps 6, and features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. You'll rest well on the Sealy mattresses in both the master & 2nd bedrooms. Spacious kitchen with a Keurig coffee bar, and a dining space for 6. Pet friendly with a fully fenced yard and pet station for easy clean up. 2 car garage parking also. Short walk to the beautiful Cabezon park. During your stay, you may even catch a glimpse of a hot air balloon drifting by.

We respect your privacy but are just a message away if you have any questions or need assistance during your stay.

Perfect Low Key Location

Spent a long weekend with my spouse and brother. There is separation between the main bedroom and the other two. Comfy furniture and quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful stay

Home was clean. In a nice area. Smelt great when you walked in the door. Sheets and blankets were also clean. Kitchen was well stocked and they even had a nice coffee station for the mornings. Would definitely recommend

A large hotel room

This is a rental and any veteran VRBOer knows what that means. Reynosa Retreat was well appointed, centrally located and in a quiet neighborhood, other than an initial hiccup which was remedied, we enjoyed ourselves. We had family over one night for dinner and they commented on how nice the place was. I am willing to pay twice as much as a hotel room for the space, peace and quiet that a house can afford and Reynosa Retreat fits that bill, however, you have the feeling that you are in a large hotel room, ran by a rental company. The situation I mentioned earlier was regarding trash. Guests are responsible to take the trash can to the curb, the guests before us did not perform this task and the trash container was overflowing with smelly garbage. When we contacted the company to complain, they wanted us to wait until garbage day, which was in a couple days, and place our garbage in the garage. When we were not ok with this solution they checked with the owner, who did not want to pay for an extra pickup so the rental company came over and removed the garbage. It really bordered on ridiculous and exposed the disregard the owners have for guests. Gift baskets, towels, coffee, all were provided but of the same quality you get at a hotel. They do allow pets but the backyard is lava rock, have you ever tried to pick up poop in lava rock? Bottom line, while this place will accommodate your needs, it does not have those little touches that make it feel like you are valued.

It was a great property and very comfortable! We had everything we needed and felt totally welcome and at home. When I mean comfortable, I mean we took pictures of the mattress and came home and bought the exact same one! We would recommend Evan & Derrick to anyone!

Very nice home!

This home had everything you would want in an vacation rental. The neighborhood is very nice which made us feel very safe. The area in Rio Rancho is close to just about everything so you dont have to travel very far for necessities. I would recommend this property and would stay here again!

Everything was exactly as described. Neighborhood looks good. House is close to pretty much anything you would need. Whether it’s food or having to pick up a few things from Target. Great place, I would definitely book it again.

This was a perfect stay

Not only was this property ideal to meet our needs for the days we stayed in Rio Rancho; the attention to detail provided by the management exceeded our expectations. Their communication with us was straightforward and pleasant. Everything that we needed was provided: comfortable beds, adequate towels, the kitchen with all that we needed, and a basket of extra snacks to make us feel welcome as we came in the door. We have rented several homes through VRBO. Our experience here was right at the top.
