Pets (dogs only) are permitted. There will be a $100 fee per pet (max 2). Owner is responsible for picking up all pet waste.

Jack Frost and Big Boulder Mountain is just 15 minutes away for skiing, snowboarding and tubing. The home is also just minutes away to Hickory Run State Park, Hawk Falls, Boulder Field. Downtown Jim Thorpe is a quick 20-minute drive away- with loads of shops and restaurants to enjoy, scenic train rides, the Mauch Chunk Opera House, & more to explore!

Know Before You Book:
-Driveway has 6 parking spots available. Street parking is not permitted.
-Our community, Towamensing Trails, requires guest registration of all vehicles and signed acknowledgment of community rules.
-Guests are required to provide license plate numbers and states of the vehicles staying at the property
-Trash must not be kept outside in standard bins due to community rules to protect wildlife. Guests must take all trash to community compactors located at entrance of neighborhood.
-8 Amenity Badges are provided to access pool, lake, beach, clubhouse, basketball and tennis courts. 2 additional passes may be purchased for $10 per day.
- Guests over the age of 6 years MUST wear amenity badges on their person and in plain view at all times whenever utilizing the amenities of Towamensing Trails.
- The pool and beach will open around end of May through Labor Day Weekend. (Please contact to confirm schedule)

A Ring Floodlight Camera is mounted above the garage and monitors the driveway, parking area, and front steps only. There are no cameras inside the home or in private outdoor spaces.
