"Across the hotel there are CLOSURE signs by the Ministry of Tourism, yet the staff don’t know anything about it! Asked many times if the hotel is closed or not, and they had no answer. "

"The property is centrally located and it’s under renovation. As long as you stay in the renovated units you will have a great experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only feedback I would have is to have English speaking crew on staff on all times to help with communication with non-Arabic speakers. "
