« Un cinq étoiles qui n’en est pas un. Il est rare que nous soyons négatifs à propos d’un établissement, mais notre expérience fut si décevante que nous devions la partager. Des l’arrivée en voiture, il nous est demandé de nous garer nous même dans le parking souterrain, et de monter nous mêmes nos valises à la réception. « Ne dépensez pas votre argent dans cet hôtel! Les lits ne sont pas du tout confortables…. Les coussins sont durs comme de la pierre et le pire de tout l’insonorisation ! Vous entendez tout ! Que ce soit la route pour les chambres cotes route ou les jet ski et les enfants crier dans la piscine pour les chambres cote mer. Quelle déception ! »

"J’ai perdu 2 heures pour avoir ma chambre, ils m’envoient du Al Hamra Village à Al Hamra Resisence et puis finalement à Al Hamra Village, ensuite il me donne une chambre qui a été déjà allouée à une autre personne, la surprise , vraiment pas professionnel!"
