"今回、0歳～70歳まで3世代 4家族での利用でした。3階建てでたくさん部屋があるので、数家族やグループでの利用には最適です。食器、調理器具などの設備充実で、何より24時間入れる大きなお風呂が最高でした！ただ、玄関が2階なのと、トイレが1階に１つなのは、子どもや高齢者にとって、不便でした。 また、猪苗代IC、猪苗代湖、裏磐梯 からのアクセスの良さは、抜群です。次回は、違う建物でも利用してみたいです。"

"9月下旬に1泊2日で利用しました。 室内の設備・環境はとても良く、快適に過ごすことができました。 （エアコン等は使用していないので、空調の効き具合はわかりませんでした。） BBQをするにあたっては、網・炭・鉄板などは持参する必要があります。 また、今回は雨が降っていたのですが、バルコニーは屋根がなく、パラソルも1つしかないうえに破損していたため、室内にあったホットプレートに切替えました。 別荘までの道は夜は街灯もなさそうだったので、夕方くらいまでに到着されたほうが良いと思います。 チェックインまで・チェックイン時のやり取りもスムーズでしたし、滞在中に災害情報（台風がきていたので）もご連絡いただき、大変ありがたかったです。"

"This resort has an amazing location with a gorgeous view of Lake Hibara and Mt. Bandai, and the Five Colored Ponds. Their staff members are very formal and friendly and has a great restaurant buffet. The rooms and building itself are in okay condition with some scuffs and stains, but overall an excellent place with a very unique gift store with great items like food, snacks, and gifts. The traditional Japanese room is very nice"

"Very nice modern Onsen hotel, our Japanese style room is spacious with a separate sitting room and the view is great. The buffet dinner and breakfast were great and the onset facility is wonderful. "This was absolutely one of the worst trips I have ever done. Hotels.com help contribute to this. Not so great experience. Both the hotels.com and the resorts websites provided false information. The conditions were so bad that I landed up leaving a day early. I had to take someone to the hospital due to the dirtiness. I did not get refunded and I was actually charged more than what was expected. The location was great and the staff was great but they were unforgiving when it came to providing a refund or understanding the situation. Do not recommend this place unless you don't mind old worn down overcharged definitely not a two-star hotel resorts. One note you will have to pay for everything even if it says all exclusive."
