Your 20m² studio with sleeping alcove for 4 people consists of:

- Living room with a double sofa bed (1x2) and TV;

- Fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, and kitchen utensils;

- Cabin-style bedroom with bunk beds (2 single beds);

- Bathroom with separate shower and toilet;

- The unit is equipped with a washing machine;

- Terrace equipped with an awning and ocean view;

- The Thalacap vacation residence in Cap d’Agde is secure and has private parking (Parking Space No.: B14).

- Pets are allowed.



The “Thalacap” residence is ideally located:

- 400 meters from the sandy beaches (5-minute walk);

- 300 meters from local shops;

- 15-minute walk from the nearest supermarket;

- 150 meters from the harbor.





Sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are available at an additional cost:

- End-of-stay cleaning: 87€

- Sheet set: 16€ / bed

- Towel set: 12€ / set / person



A security deposit of 500€ is required upon arrival.
